1. Why Customer Registration is required & is my transaction secure?
Since secure information is passed on the Website, we request customers to register for safety purpose. Moreover, customers registering / signing in to our mailing list will receive periodic product updates.
Transactions through the website are secured by Thawte 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

2. What do you do with customers' confidential information?
calibratorsmart.com obtains confidential / private information of customers' only for processing the Order(s) online. It is our assurance that information obtained from customers will not be forwarded or sold to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
3. I forgot my email address / password used for registering at "calibratorsmart.com" - how to retrieve it?
If you have forgotten the email address used for registering at our site, call us and we will look it up for you.
If you know your email address, but forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password?" input your email address & submit - password will be sent to the email address registered with our website, shortly.
4. What are the Guarantee / Warranty on the Products listed on the Website?
Products supplied by Calibrators Mart come with one year manufacturers' warranty. However, warranty of the Instruments are void if it's found to be tampered with and / or misused (using it for anything other than for what it is intended) for any reason in this timeframe.
5. What kind of Certificate(s) is / are supplied with the Instrument(s)?
All the Instruments are supplied standard with Standard Conformance Certificate - Calibrators Mart also offers NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate on most of the products listed on the website for an additional premium (Delivery Lead-time for Instruments with NIST Traceable Calibration certificate will be minimum of 7~10 days from receipt of order)
6. Are all the items mentioned in the website in-stock?
Almost all the items shown in our website are in stock and we guarantee shipping within 2 days of receipt of order thru' UPS Ground Service - customers will receive a confirmation email with UPS Tracking number once the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
In case of back-ordered items, we will inform you immediately about the exact date of shipment thru' email / phone to enable you take an informed decision.
7. What modes of payment are available in "calibratorsmart.com"?
We accept Visa, Master, American Express & Discover cards (via PayPal / Google Checkout) & Mail / Phone Orders are also accepted.
8. What is your Shipping Policy for Online Orders?
We offer free UPS Ground Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States for orders greater than US$100.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping outside US Main Land (Alaska & Hawaii) & to International destinations on our website at this point of time. We request these customers to email us at sales@calibratorsmart.com & or call us at 1-201-660-7082 with their specific requirement to process their order(s).
9. I need the Instruments urgently - can I request Calibrators Mart to ship thru' next day / 2 days shipment mode?
We offer free UPS Ground shipping within the US Contiguous States only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) - However, for expedited shipping, our request to customers is to contact us directly & we will arrange for expedited Shipment (if the items are in stock) based on your requirement. Please bear in mind that the Shipping charges on account of this, will be to customers' account.
10. What is your Return Policy on Defective Instrument(s)?
We request customers to contact us (and inform) prior to returning the defective instrument(s) - we will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and this will aid us in providing a replacement quickly without any hassles & avoid unnecessary complexities.
Our genuine request to customers is to return the defective instrument(s) (with prior intimation to us & receiving the RMA) "as is" since warranty is void if the Instrument is found to be open / tampered with for any reason whatsoever!
All the items included in the original packing must be returned intact for obtaining free replacement. It is imperative to mention that, we will at any point of time, provide only replacement for defective instrument(s) and refund is not possible.
11. What is your Order Cancellation Policy?
Customers can cancel their order before the items are shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, for shipped items, cancellation is not possible.
12. We received the Ordered Item(s) in Damaged Condition? We did not receive the ordered item in full - What do we do?
While extensive care is taken for packing the items in good condition, we cannot guarantee its condition during transit / shipment.
We request customers not to discard the packing material and call us immediately in order to enable us report to shipper, who will require inspecting the packing material.
For missing or shortage of items, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the shipment to initiate appropriate action(s). Shortage claims received after 7 days of receiving the shipment will not be honored.
13. Do you charge Sales Tax?
Calibrators Mart Ltd. is a New Jersey registered company & will require Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for sales within the State of New Jersey. If you are a NJ reseller & have "Sales Tax Exemption" certificate, call us directly to process your orders without sales tax.
For inter-state shipments, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay appropriate sales tax to the respective State governments.
